For over 15 years, Prime has been providing Solutions in “Electronic” Assembly.

We have always specialized in assembly services for prototypes and small production runs of electronic boards with high component mix and medium to high complexity.

The Pick and Place MG-5 is an extremely fast and precise machine, suitable for assembling particularly complex boards.

It can accommodate over 100 feeders, thus over 100 different component types, with perfect compatibility with the other two Assembleon machines in the company!

All vertical axes of the heads in the machine are equipped with linear motors that allow greater speed while ensuring gentler component placement on the board during delicate assembly phases.

The MG-5 can meet assembly requirements of over 10,000 real components/hour on average (20,000 cph theoretical, 15,000 cph stated according to IPC 9850 standard), on a maximum PCB size of 420 x 460 mm (16.5″x 18″), handling all component types and formats: from microscopic 01005 to QFP devices, BGAs, or connectors with dimensions up to 100 x 45 mm with a maximum height of 15 mm.

With the addition of the Pick and Place MG-5, Prime brings its total REAL production potential to approximately 28,000-30,000 components/hour, divided across three distinct systems.

Thanks to the AMS (Assembleon Manufacturing Suite) software, we have perfect interchangeability of existing programs across all three machines
