X-Ray Inspection: for all components where connection pins are not visible (BTC), X-Ray technology assists us in inspecting components such as BGA, UBGA, QFN, and LGA modules,
SMD soldering: we offer SMD soldering options with both reflow ovens and vapor phase technology, certifying production through complete process profiling where required.
