Our Flying Probe system uses Seica Next Series’ advanced 8-mobile probe technology to provide ICT testing accurate and reliable. We can optimize the cost and quality of your electronic project. This technology, in fact, does not require the use of expensive fixtures.

Our Flying Probe testing service includes.

  • Seica Technology: we use the Seica Next Series, an advanced machine with 8 probes, to perform ICT tests on electronic boards, even highly complex ones, densely populated and without test points.
  • Innovative electrical tests: our technology allows testing of even the most complex components using dedicated software macros (also with the aid of power supplies).
  • Effective nodal impedance tests: we use the nodal impedance technique to verify each individual net of an assembled PCB. Using this technology it is possible to detect most problems, malfunctions of the PCB or defective components.
  • OpenFix: through this advanced methodology we verify the presence of false solders or unsoldered pins on active components such as microprocessors or digital components.
  • Automatic programming: it is possible to program microprocessors directly onboard in automatic mode, after performing the ICT test.
  • Traceability: traceability is performed for each individual board.
  • Powered tests: our system is equipped with various instruments that allow us to perform powered and functional tests. Thanks to this, we carry out repetitive tests optimizing time and costs.
  • Automatic loading and unloading: optimization of time and costs by automatically managing the movement of boards.
  • Parametric tests: it is possible to perform parametric tests on all passive components (resistors, capacitors, transistors, diodes, …) by setting precise tolerances to be respected.
  • Short-circuit verification: our system allows us to verify the presence of short circuits or low impedances by setting specific tolerance areas.
  • Advanced tests: an evolving system open to new future technologies.
  • Speed and accessibility: with 8 mobile probes present (4 on the top side and 4 on the bottom side) it is possible to access the components of the electronic board precisely and punctually, even without the aid of test points.
