To Improve X-ray Inspection of your Electronic Boards, Prime Electronics Has Purchased the New Version of Scienscope’s X-ray Machine.
We have purchased the new version of the Xscope 2000 machine, which ensures significantly superior x-ray inspection compared to the previous version.
This machine replaces our previous x-ray inspection machine, the Xscope 1800.
But let’s get to the details; what are the features of this x-ray inspection machine?
- dual image intensifier with megapixel camera (2 “x 2” Flat Panel Detector).
- 90 kV-5 micron x-ray tube
- fully automatic x, y, z movement programmable via software.
- fully automatic x-ray tube voltage and current setting via software.
- z-axis movement of 75 degrees in both directions of rotation.
- mapping with camera and dual magnification lens.
- inspection stage 16 “X 18”
What’s the difference from our previous Xscope 1800 machine?
The substantial difference, besides the significantly superior mechanics, lies in image generation; the Xscope 2000 can generate and manage images with a greater grayscale range, ensuring remarkable image depth.
Greater image depth means having a better perception of board layers (e.g., the solder layer of a BGA ball and the BGA ball itself).
Prime Electronics aims to focus on “x-ray inspection to further improve the quality of” electronic board assembly.
