We perform both” solder paste deposit inspection and electronic component inspection through automatic AOI systems, including 3D. This approach allows us to identify and resolve any defects accurately and quickly.
Another important piece of equipment in our toolset is the X-RAY inspection system. This technique allows us to verify the quality of solder joints and/or components in a non-destructive way. Thanks to X-RAY technology, we can verify all components that have connection pins underneath the component itself. Through these inspections, we can guarantee a high quality standard in our soldering.
To complete our quality control system, we use advanced process monitors. These tools are essential for reducing problems at the production stage, ensuring accurate control throughout the entire electronic board assembly process.
