We use 2D AOI systems, which further strengthen our ability to ensure maximum quality and precision in every electronic board produced. The inspection system is based on “high light” technology with a three-color source (RGB). This technology is extremely effective in detecting missing SMT components, misaligned components, reversed polarity, or surface damage. It can also identify soldering defects by comparing high-resolution color images of sample boards with those obtained from boards under test.
Recently, we have introduced the 3D AOI machine in our company, which represents the latest frontier in 3D optical inspection. This technology allows us to perform even more detailed and accurate inspection of electronic boards, ensuring maximum product quality from every aspect. This is achieved through the analysis of components and solder joints in 3 dimensions.
After each processing phase, we perform thorough sample checks using various types of microscopes and/or viewers to identify potential process and manufacturing issues.
