The printed circuit board is a crucial element in electronic board production. It plays a key role for us from design to final assembly. We manage each project with extreme attention, ensuring high-tech solutions to meet the most innovative needs in the electronics sector.

We operate in a wide range of markets, including medical, telecommunications, industrial automation, automotive, energy conversion, as well as academic and research sectors.

We offer quality printed circuit boards, up to 18 layers, for both small and medium series. Our prototyping service aims for excellence, with rapid delivery.

We ensure detailed analysis during production and provide metallographic samples upon request. We accept standard formats such as EXTENDED GERBER (RS-274-X) and ODB++, thus optimizing circuit production, assembly, and testing.

Our PCB materials and finishes include standard FR4 suitable for Lead-Free soldering, high TG FR4, Duraver, and Halogen Free. We ensure that every PCB is electrically tested and offer a range of surface finishes including chemical gold and chemical silver. Additionally, mechanical finishes include milling, scoring, and punching.

We typically use green solder mask, but other colors are available upon request.

Our commitment to quality follows the IPC A-600 (PCB) standard for quality management. Following this standard, Prime Elettronica develops detailed supply specifications. Collaboration with certified analysis laboratories allows us to perform thorough examinations, including SEM analysis.
